With experience as a practicing physician, helping develop a more useful EMR at Cerner and implementing an EMR at a health system as a CMIO, JustAskEvie was created with firsthand knowledge of the challenges both physicians and health care organizations face when it comes to the EMR. Individually reaching out to struggling physicians one at a time proved to be very beneficial, but incredibly inefficient. With technology, there is a way to connect superuser providers to those providers struggling. With JustAskEvie, we can help your providers become superusers while saving significant time and money for your health system.

With experience as a hospitalist, physician lead for EMR development at a major EMR vendor, and CMIO with EMR Implementation experience in all venues, JD understands firsthand the challenges that clinicians and organization face each day when managing patients and the EMR.

Having almost 20 years of experience in law and business, Zach has earned his MSc, from the London School of Economics and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. With his experience, he has a very pragmatic and thorough approach to building businesses to scale.

Christine’s passion for customer experience (CX) began when she was a kid helping her parents in their retail store in small-town Nebraska. Her connection to the healthcare patient experience grew during college while she was working in the ER as a Patient Access Rep. Over the last 20+ she focused on orchestrating and improving the EMR User’s (provider, clinician, and ancillary staff) experience and engagement through the application of learner-centric models and lots of listening! With a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a career as a Healthcare and Learning & Development Leader at a leading EMR company, she has been driven by the question, “How can the customer’s experience be better?” Working at the elbow of hundreds of clinicians and providers over the years, she understands the impact an EMR has on a clinician’s workflow. She sees the value in programs like JustAskEvie that help make the clinician experience working with EMRs easier and less stressful. Ask her more about why she and her colleagues were once referenced as the Grim Reaper during a support engagement! Never again with JustAskEvie. She is also a wanna-be health nut.
